Vertical Training Defined

Exercise done on a vertical surface with only you the means of attachment.
No additional horizontal support or anchoring of the user. You are the Machine™
Your feet are off the ground and forward in such a manner as to not allow the body to balance which triggers a guarded response form the Autonomic Nervous System
The guarded response turns on all the muscle in the body and they remain on until the brain can confirm the body is in a stable and balanced horizontal position. In other words they stay on until you get off the FitWall®.
With all muscle online at the same time and consuming calories we can now do specific exercises that create leverage forces on long chains of muscles turning up the caloric consumption through out the entire body. This is GEC, or Global Energy Consumption, and is the most powerful and efficient tool for burning calories in the shortest amount of time.
The specific exercises, the Fundamentals, were developed for Vertical Training™ to insure that every muscle in the body is extended and contracted which therefore flushes and fortifies all the muscles in the body with new blood.
Vertical Training™ decompresses all the joints in the body from finger tip to toe, except those in the neck. This means it is great for children as it does not threaten the growth plates, as well as relieving the pressure and pain in the joints of seniors while exercising.
Done properly the fundamental exercises increase core strength, and can be used as a defining gage of a persons core strength. They also improve flexibility and exercise joints allowing them to be opened wider and to the full range of motion with no compressive forces in the joint. This is especially important for the health of the hip which is normally exercises under compression and front and back loaded.
Because all the muscles are online communicating and working together to do the Fundamental exercises front finger tip to toe we initiate GMI or Global Muscular Integration. GMI is true brain training as the brain and muscles are forced to communicate to hold position and perform the exercises, and this improves the existing connections and encourages new ones. Great for learning to walk or rehab for those who lost the ability.
